I’m not a seriously active animal activist… that’s a weird sentence… but I have two cats, and in the future hope to have a dog too. I love my pets and try to take care of them, and the idea of animal cruelty disturbs me. This toy disturbs me as well. I found the image on the internet and I think that’s Japanese, but I’m not sure.
How can we expect people to treat animals humanely, especially pets, when this is what’s being promoted to children?
As you can see from the tags on the image, it’s even been posted to a ‘Humor’ blog, but I don’t see anything humorous about it.
