Actually, this cat is a female. She came with that name. We adopted her when we still lived in Singapore, so the male connotation of the word “Dapper” probably didn’t occur to the original owners. We weren’t feeling very creative and she seemed to respond to it, so we left it as is.
I’m glad to hear you’re feeling a bit better about the loss of your previous kitten. I’m sure Lynxx will prove to be great company. =)
